TX-24 is a predominantly suburban district encompassing several major neighborhoods between Dallas and Fort Worth. TX-24 is a diverse district–Under the new proposed maps, Black and Hispanic voters account for over a quarter of registered voters, and AAPI voters will increase their vote share to 10%.

TX-24 is historically competitive for Democrats. In 2018, Beto O’Rourke carried the district by a 4 point margin. In 2020, Biden widened the margin to 6 points. Redistricting has made TX-24 safer for Republicans, however building on the work of previous cycles, Democrats have a chance to finally flip TX24.
In 2020 TX-24 was held by Republicans by only 1% of the vote. An acclaimed mediator, Kathy Fragnoli has the skills necessary to persuade Republicans and Democrats alike that she is the better choice for Texas. She is the candidate to flip TX24 blue.
